Description

A comforting lobster chowder that’s rich and creamy, perfect for cozy dinner nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, celery, and carrots until softened.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add the chopped lobster meat and thyme, and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a thicker chowder, blend a portion of the soup and stir it back in. You can also customize by adjusting vegetables per your taste.
