Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stack the tortillas and cut them into wedges.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Brush a thin layer of pizza sauce onto each wedge.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the chips.
- Scatter toppings over the cheese.
- Dust with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
