Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Description

An easy and delicious dessert that combines the flavors of strawberry cheesecake and crumble in a quick dump cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 can of strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Let it cool for at least 15 minutes for the cheesecake layer to settle. Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.
