Quick and delicious chicken bombs filled with ranch-seasoned chicken and melted mozzarella, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into chunks
- 1 sheet puff pastry or 1 can biscuit dough
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix diced chicken with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut puff pastry or biscuit dough into squares.
- Place a spoonful of ranch chicken and a chunk of mozzarella in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a bomb shape and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy, flavorful chicken bombs.
Notes
Best served fresh out of the oven. Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator or freezer for future meals.
