- 1 pound frozen or homemade meatballs
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or leftover)
- 2 cups brown gravy
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange meatballs in the baking dish.
- Pour warm brown gravy evenly over the meatballs.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the meatballs and gravy with a spatula.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Notes
If using frozen meatballs, increase baking time slightly. For crispy edges, you can broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
