Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or low-carb sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, butter, erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper into a rectangle.
  6. Cut and shape into desired Danish forms.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
