Description

A soft, lemony, garlicky butter packed with sweet lobster and crab, chilled until firm—perfect for enhancing your meals effortlessly.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll into a log.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  5. Slice into rounds and serve.

Notes

If the mixture is too loose, refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up before rolling. The log can be kept in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
