  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
