- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, bourbon, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken with pineapple chunks and garnish with green onions.
