Description
A quick and comforting banana pudding layered with crushed Biscoff cookies and caramel sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top of the cookies followed by a layer of pudding.
- Drizzle some caramel sauce over the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle more caramel sauce on top and sprinkle the remaining crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For quicker chilling, assemble in individual glasses and chill for about 90 minutes.
