Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 12 slider buns
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground beef with the onion soup mix in a bowl.
- Form into small patties and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake patties for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add cheese on top of the patties during the last few minutes of baking.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the buns, if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, aim for patties that are slightly larger than the buns. Add shredded lettuce to add texture and don’t skip the pickles for a tangy crunch.
