- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce, and mix well.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until crisp-tender.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture and sautéed vegetables in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Serve immediately or grill for a minute to warm through.
Notes
