Description

A delightful Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake combining the classic cinnamon-sugar flavors with the convenience of a cake mix for a warm, comforting dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased bundt pan.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
