  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 banana, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Prepare the banana pudding by whisking pudding mix with milk until thick.
  9. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  10. Spread the banana pudding over the cooled brownies.
  11. Top with sliced bananas.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the brownies cool completely before adding the pudding. Add banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
