- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Chop the red bell pepper, green onions, and celery, and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and veggies, mixing gently to coat.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
