Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to desired thickness.
  7. Spread cream cheese over the dough, then top with sliced dill pickles and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle dried dill over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
