- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika until well coated.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking.

Notes
For added flavor, soak the potato wedges in cold water for an hour before baking. This removes starch and enhances crispiness.
